WishNeww exists to help communities stay connected in a simple, respectful and relationship-first way.

These Terms explain how the platform may be used by community owners and members. They cover public platform pages, WishNeww-powered World pages, the owner workspace, member joining, owner-published Picks and Shares, enquiries and reviewed drafting support.

People join communities. Trust keeps them there.

These terms are not final legal advice and must be reviewed by qualified Indian legal counsel before production publication.

Relationship before engagement

WishNeww is designed around meaningful communication, not endless feeds, notifications or algorithms competing for attention.

Acceptance and eligibility

By using WishNeww, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully. Community owners and stewards must have authority to operate the community information they publish or manage.

WishNeww is not designed for children to independently create or manage community accounts. Where a minor's data is involved, a parent or lawful guardian should act for the minor.

What WishNeww provides

WishNeww gives communities a public presence, a way for visitors to join, a member relationship layer, public pages for owner-created content, and an owner workspace at /manage.

Owners can manage products or services, Picks, Shares, updates, events, member records, preferences, uploaded images and welcome information. Just Wish may prepare drafts or suggestions where available, but the owner must review and decide what to publish or share.

What WishNeww is not

WishNeww is not a marketplace, payment gateway, ordering system, billing system, donation processor, reservation system, inventory system, automatic publisher or automated messaging service.

WishNeww does not guarantee price, availability, quality, fulfilment, delivery, appointments, donations, professional advice or outcomes from any community owner.

Owner responsibilities

Owners are responsible for:

Having the authority to operate the community page and owner workspace.
Publishing accurate information.
Obtaining appropriate consent.
Responding to enquiries, expressions of interest and member requests.
Ensuring they have rights to the images and content they publish.
Respecting member communication preferences.
Publishing lawful, non-deceptive information.
Avoiding unlawful goods or services, spam, abuse, impersonation and misleading claims.
Reviewing any AI-assisted draft before publishing or sharing it.

Member and visitor responsibilities

Members are expected to:

Provide truthful information.
Respect community guidelines.
Use the platform lawfully.
Avoid impersonation, abuse or scraping.
Keep access and session links reasonably safe.

Picks, Shares and enquiries

Picks, Shares, events, product/service stories and community posts are informational community content. Expressing interest does not reserve, order, buy, donate, book or guarantee anything.

Any transaction, payment, donation, appointment or fulfilment that a community owner separately arranges happens directly between that person and the community owner outside WishNeww.

AI-assisted drafting

Just Wish and internal WHI features may help prepare drafts, summaries, suggestions or rewrites. Drafts may be incomplete or inaccurate. Owners must review, edit and approve before publishing or sharing.

AI-assisted content is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, financial or safety advice.

Content and intellectual property

WishNeww owns or licenses the platform design, software, brand and related materials. Community owners and members keep whatever rights they have in content they submit.

By submitting content, the submitter gives WishNeww the limited permission needed to host, store, process, display and operate that content as part of the community experience. To raise a rights or takedown concern, contact wish@wishneww.com.

Privacy

The Privacy Notice explains how WishNeww handles personal information, consent, cookies, member sessions, requests and owner-managed community data.

Availability, suspension and changes

WishNeww may change, pause or maintain parts of the service. WishNeww should try to act reasonably and avoid unnecessary disruption, but it does not promise uninterrupted access.

WishNeww may restrict or suspend access where needed for security, misuse, unlawful content, repeated consent abuse, service protection or legal reasons. Effects on content and data should be handled consistently with the Privacy Notice and any agreed owner arrangement.

Disclaimers and responsibility

WishNeww should be responsible for operating the platform with reasonable care. Community owners remain responsible for their own content, commitments and responses.

WishNeww does not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every community need.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
